3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 48niceph login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 48niceph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 48niceph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 48niceph may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.5 Non-Transferability. Your 48niceph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 48niceph Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 48niceph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to accounts held with BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to supported Philippine banks may also be accepted. 48niceph does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed in the 48niceph cashier at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing schedules. 48niceph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 48niceph account are your own personal funds, derived from legitimate sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 48niceph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 48niceph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormant account policy, details of which will be communicated to the account holder prior to any deduction.
5.1 General. 48niceph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Abuse. 48niceph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to exploit promotions, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 48niceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 48niceph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 48niceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 48niceph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 48niceph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By 48niceph. 48niceph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, 48niceph may forfeit any balance in your account.
11.2 By You. You may close your 48niceph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 48niceph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
